1 - Thank you Phenom for allowing me to be part of "Helping a Billion people find the right work". Through it, I was exposed to many diverse opportunities. I always got what I aspired for. Thank you Phenom for that. There is no better example of what the right job truly means. 

I believe all these meaningful dots will connect sometime in the future … 👍 

2 - Thank you Phenom for allowing me to work on Floor 6 and in six different offices. 

3 - At Phenom, if you were on my team for less than 2 years, then it is my mistake. I could not mentor you in the right direction. Thank you for working with me. As I have moved on, now I consider you my family and I will be definitely in touch. 

If we have worked together for 4+ years, then you can do what I did. Good Luck …👏 

4 - Thank you Phenom for the daily lunch. I particularly enjoyed the delightful curd and sweets, considering the lovely Hyderabad weather. 

5 - Thank you Phenom for the ultra casual attire. Otherwise, the kind of clothes I wear, I am not even allowed in some of the temples (separate conv) … 🫢

6 - Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the HR community, Founders, all my colleagues, and friends at Phenom for their help and cooperation. I am eternally grateful to all of you … 🙏
