Grow Revenue - From Zero to one Billion ...

What happened when India won the World Cup, Hyderabad won IPL or the Phillies won the World Series? Remember! I do. 

I danced. Celebrated as I saw it all. Still cherishing those moments. Today I feel the same because my Team Phenom became a Unicorn; definitely the same as that of winning a world championship for a start-up. 

I know your brain must be counting on many questions. Then read on. Team Phenom started its journey as a baby-corn (small, unknown start-up); a baby the world was unaware of. 

Overtime, it grew from a baby-corn to C.R.I.S.P.y corn. Mobile, Social, HR cloud, SaaS, Big data, multi-sided Platform, Bots, Ai, and more.

Phenom did everything flawlessly. 

Baby-corn, C.R.I.S.P.y corn, mini-corn, to a Unicorn. This is MAGIC. This journey taught me how to start from ZERO, think leaner, ideate faster, and fail harder.

I just happened to join as the 4th employee at Phenom, India. Witnessed it all (Zero to one Billion). All those years; feels like a beautiful flash now. 

Grateful to be a Phenom as this journey continues. To my boy Vivan, I want to let you know that Team Phenom has worked hard for 10+ years for this.
