I relate to these quotes. Most of them touch either part of my growth, career, and/ or life lessons I have learned along the way. 

These are very relevant to how Ai is progressing and I am glad that I am witnessing this. I did not understand what was happening in the dot com revolution; however I closely watched the web revolution, mobile, social, cloud, big data and so on. Definitely, the dots can only be connected in hindsight. 

Now we are in the Ai revolution. Embedded Ai and native Ai are the two primary threads running for both b2b and b2c. I will try my best to keep these simple and short. I am sure you can relate these to your experiences. Let’s not wait further. Here are 11 quotes relevant to Ai I am inspired from in 2026. 

1 - “Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.” – by Napoleon Hill

Whatever you wish to do or start, this is so true. Ai is here to stay, let's not argue on that. We need to contextualize how Ai can help in our existing business, experiment with tools as needed, train those tools and get benefit. 

Please note that in the initial phase of a technology innovation, it is always hard to see the monetary benefits. Patience and resilience is the only answer and start today; don’t wait. 

2 - "I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples." - by Mother Teresa

Anything and everything around us keeps evolving and change is the best thing that can ever happen. Ai as a technology is changing at a rapid pace. I have no comment on who will be the winner/ loser; that is not the point. Ai is a technology which has potential to improve productivity and make the world a better place. No one or no single technology has ever changed the world.

Very related to scaling Ai and growing products. What we see and experience with Ai as of Feb 2026 is a very exciting but an early starting point. A lot more exciting things are about to happen in the next 10 years. 

Remember when browsers were launched, they used to crash when you open 3 or 4 plus windows; similar for Ai.

I was not very keen on reading history or learning from it at the start of my career. However, in the last decade I have learned to respect it. Learning history has done wonders to my approach towards decision making and life as such. 

Think about Ai as a tech stack in itself, where Ai agents are reading data, orchestrating with humans in the loop and solving the use cases end to end. Kind of similar to that of mobile apps when they started back in history.

There is a significant discussion on capital expenditure in and around Ai and I am happy that it is happening because I trust that it is needed. Those who will take these risks will benefit in the coming decade.

Sometimes I feel I should not agree; but I hate to disagree with Philip Kotler.

This is the most profound secret behind Ai, Saas/ b2c product stickiness, renewals, upsells, etc. The fundamentals of scaling a business which is Ai, with Ai also remains the same as Walt Disney quoted … 👏
